I kind of have trouble not watching the other screens, if they happen to fall within my field of view.

I’d eat that, especially at that price. Not even British

Shutting down what nuclear existed was a costly mistake, but going down that path again is an even worse one

Lots of devs get screwed this way.

Having used both, Android Studio is far superior in my opinion. Most iOS devs I talk to seem to have a particular disdain for Xcode as well, so that seems to track.

Agreed otherwise, M-series macs are sick as hell

After the 2017 attacks in Stockholm, the street where the attack happened now has proud concrete lions ensuring that a future attack of that kind will be more than likely to fail. These lions are infrastructure.

GissaMittJobb@lemmy.mlto Technology@lemmy.world•Spotify Wrapped 2024 controversy explained — what you need to knowEnglish0·5 months agoTo be clear, no streaming company is paying royalties on a per-stream basis, it’s basically always ((total revenue-platform cut)/share of total amount of streams).
So the artists are not really getting more money because you’re streaming on one platform or the other, they are all getting roughly the same amount out of what you’re paying on a monthly basis.
Feel free to put money into it if you believe in it. Given nuclear’s track record with regards to actually making money is not particularly strong though, so I wouldn’t advise doing this if you actually want to make a return on your investment.
Are you under the impression that a socialist or communist society would not be in the pursuit of efficiency? Think again. They would merely be making sure the efficiency would not come at the cost of the workers, and put the increased efficiency to use in service of the workers (fewer hours etc).
