look into how a majority of their workers are H1B workers and why they cant speak up politically.

And a person with an H1B can only change to a job within a certain radius of their current job and if it’s beyond that radius they need to report it to the govt.

Silicon valley is full of H1B visa holders who can’t speak up politically or risk deportation.

AI is gonna mirror our biases back to us. If the AI has found a bias it’s cause or our internal biases. You could force diversity to hide the underlying issue and then you’ll get PoC nazis during WW2 like what Google did. Or … Call me crazy … But we could try to address the underlying societal issues.
